Shrinker Pro is a 55 litre commercial soft plastic compactor designed for businesses that generate bulky soft plastic waste, from clothing retailers to medical practices and many businesses in between.

Shrinker Pro – Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order for Shrinker Pro, you agree to the following:

1. Pre-order & price
Shrinker Pro is currently available for pre-order in Australia. The total price is $295 incl. GST, comprising a $50 deposit and $245 balance payable prior to dispatch. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown separately.

2. Estimated dispatch
We currently expect Shrinker Pro orders to be ready for dispatch within approximately 2 weeks. This is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, freight, supply chain or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Delays
If there is a delay, we will provide an updated estimated dispatch date. If your order is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the original estimated dispatch timeframe, you may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit. 

4. If we cannot supply
If we are unable to supply your Shrinker Pro, your order will be cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

5. Balance payment
We will contact you when your Shrinker Pro is approaching dispatch. The outstanding $245 balance must be paid before the product is dispatched.

6. Change of mind
Change-of-mind cancellations are not guaranteed once your order has been allocated to production. This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product specifications
As Shrinker Pro is a new product entering production, minor changes may be made to its appearance, dimensions, components or specifications. Any changes will not materially alter the product's intended purpose or functionality.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
